For Registered Customers:
- Log into your account.
- Navigate to your latest orders.
- Select the product(s) you wish to return and follow the prompts to create your return.
For Guest Customers:
- Ensure you are logged out of any active account sessions.
- Complete the guest return form.
Note: If you do not see an order or an item in your account, it is likely you checked out as a guest.
Return Process:
- Upon completing the return form, you will receive a return request email.
- Print this email and include it with the item(s) you are returning.
- The email will contain an Australia Post link to download a pre-paid shipping label.
- If you do not have access to a printer, the Post Office can print the generated label for you. Please include your order number with your return.
- An AU$5 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
