If you have Safe Drop activated, your parcel can be left in a safe place without needing a signature. We have Safe Drop enabled for customers who have set this up in their MyPost settings with Australia Post.
If Safe Drop is not set up, a signature will be required upon delivery. Please note, the final decision to leave a parcel without a signature is made by the individual delivering your parcel, based on whether they believe it can be left in a safe location.
For Safe Drop to work, the shipping information provided by you during the creation of the order must include your registered email address, mobile number, or other details that allow Australia Post to match the parcel to your MyPost account.
